The vibration is due to air in the system. Please flush the system 3 times to get the air out. To do this, let the system charge up for 4 hours, then open the faucet to let all the water out. Repeat the above 2 more times.
Keep in mind that there is a lot of air in the city pipes and does happen with customers occasionally.
